Overview

At Visual Lab, all products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or cancellations after production has started.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Visual Lab are manufactured on demand.

Production times are generally:

  • 1 product: approximately 1 business day

  • 2–4 products: approximately 2 business days

Production times may vary depending on current workload, order complexity, holidays, material availability, or high order volume.

Because each item is produced individually for the customer, standard returns are not accepted.


Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Made-to-order products

  • Custom-made products

  • Personalized items

  • Orders placed with incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer

  • Minor visual variations related to the manufacturing process

Due to the nature of 3D printing and custom manufacturing, slight layer lines, small surface variations, and minimal color differences may occur between production batches. These characteristics are considered normal and are not treated as defects.


Exchanges for Defective Products

If your item arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, we offer a replacement exchange.

To request an exchange, customers must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Describe the issue in detail

Requests submitted after the 7-day reporting period may not be eligible for replacement.

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement product.

For confirmed production or manufacturing defects, Visual Lab covers the replacement shipping costs.


Shipping Damage

If an item is damaged during shipping, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly when required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs related to shipping damage claims unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We strongly recommend inspecting all packages immediately upon delivery and taking photos of any visible damage before opening the package.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Normal wear and use

  • Incorrect installation

  • Damage caused by misuse or modification

  • Small cosmetic variations related to 3D printing

  • Delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events

  • Customer-provided incorrect addresses or contact information


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production has started.

Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible because products are manufactured specifically for each order.
