Because many of our products are made to order, processing and production times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and current workload.

All products are manufactured individually after an order is placed.

Estimated production times:

  • 1 product: approximately 1 business day
  • 2–4 products: approximately 2 business days

Production times may vary depending on:

  • current order volume
  • product complexity
  • material availability
  • holidays
  • technical maintenance
  • force majeure events

Production estimates are not guaranteed shipping dates.


Shipping Times

International shipping times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, shipping carrier performance, holidays, and local delivery conditions.

Visual Lab is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package appears significantly delayed, customers should first contact the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.

Damaged Shipments

Customers should inspect packages immediately upon delivery.

If visible shipping damage is present:

  • document all visible damage
  • contact the shipping carrier when required
  • contact us within 7 days of delivery

Damage claims may require:

  • photos of the packaging
  • photos of the product
  • proof of delivery

Shipping damage handling is reviewed individually depending on the situation.


Failed Delivery and Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect address information
  • failure to collect the package
  • repeated failed delivery attempts
  • refusal to pay customs charges or import taxes

customers may be responsible for:

  • return shipping fees
  • reshipping costs
  • additional customs or handling charges
